I am a down-to-earth HR leader with over 15 years of diversified experience in the HR world from HR Leadership to many specialties such as Employee Relations, Compliance, Compensation, Organizational Development, and Training.

Over the years, I realized my true passion is leading business owners and HR professionals through immediate SOS problems and preventing future issues by focusing on employee relations and the employee  experience. Early in my career, I was trained by a former FBI agent. I’ve conducted over 150 investigations and learned how to use my intuition and approachable style to discover the truth. 

 

I bring a non-judgemental approach, positivity and authenticity to each situation as a guide through the scariest HR issues with a sense of calmness.
